Enabling Regulatory-Compliant Real-World Asset Tokenisation
Franziska’s PhD thesis explores various aspects of the tokenisation of real-world assets with a focus on regulatory alignment. Her research explores the representation of existing asset classes as digital tokens and novel market infrastructures to facilitate their transactions. The focus is on identifying areas where discrepancies exist between regulatory practices and new digital financial markets. The insights of this thesis will provide valuable guidance for policymakers and market participants navigating the digital asset
landscape.
DFCRC oversees and operates a 10-year, $180 million research program as a collaboration between industry partners, universities, and the Australian Government through the Cooperative Research Centres Program.
