Dustin completed a Master of Applied Finance with a double degree in Investing and Corporate Treasury at the University of Wollongong. Before pursuing his studies in Australia, he obtained a B.Sc. degree in Finance, Accounting and Taxes from the Dortmund University of Applied Sciences and Arts in Germany.
Dustin works with his industry partner, ASX, within the Securities & Payments and Distributed Ledger Technology Solutions divisions, focusing primarily on ASX’s proposed CBDC Use Cases for the Reserve Bank of Australia’s Research Project. His research emphasizes the potential impact of these Use Cases on liquidity and market efficiency in Australia’s equity market. Dustin is passionate about conducting empirical research in market microstructure, derivatives markets, and financial market infrastructure.
