ImpactX Markets is a marketplace for high-impact, high-quality, private market investment opportunities with measurable and verified environmental or social impact. It connects high-impact funds, enterprises and real assets seeking growth capital with institutional and wholesale investors.

The project aims to rewire capital markets to reward businesses that improve people and planet, by making impact a competitive advantage.

The initial phase of the project, the pilot phase, involves the development of a deal book and pilot listings. Later, this will include the development of a private market and then scaling the platform.
